Kevin Cline is a pianist and trombonist performing around the Chicagoland area. As a graduate of DePaul University’s Music Program, his versatility on both instruments places him in high demand. Kevin's performed on trombone with many regional and national groups including: Aretha Franklin, The Temptations, Bruce Hornsby, Dennis DeYoung, The Buckinghams, The Glenn Miller Orchestra, The City Lights Orchestra, The O'Jays, Martha Reeves, Diahann Carroll, The Four Lads, The Four Aces, Rich Little, Richie Cole, Shawn Klush and Trent Carlini.
His entertainment experience includes performing with Norwegian Cruise Lines and leading The Kevin Cline Trio, Quartet, and Orchestra. He is also very busy as a solo pianist. In early 2005, Cline toured Greece, Turkey, and the east coast of Africa with his jazz trio on "The World", a luxury condominium cruise ship. He is still performing in his own groups as well as other bands throughout the Chicago area and Midwest. In his spare time Kevin composes and arranges music and teaches piano. His original CD “Make Up Your Mind” was just released in August, 2014 and features the legendary Bobby Shew on trumpet and flugelhorn along with a slew of fabulous jazz musicians including the amazing solo work of Victor Garcia and Jim Gailloreto.
